Over the last few months there has been in influx of new products destined hit the shelves of the baby product retailers off the back the Kind & Jugend baby product trade fair in September.
Many baby product brands use this platform to showcase their upcoming soon to be released wares to prospective commercial purchases so the last quarter of any year in the baby product industry tends to be fairly busy readying themselves for that all important launch.
This year has been no different and press releases have been a plenty hitting my inbox and so I have decided to share 3 products from some of my favourite brands with you that have either been recently released or are set for early 2018 release, just in time for some new year and spring babies!
*be still my beating ovaries*
BabyStyle Oyster Snuggle
The first product that made it on my list is the much coveted BabyStyle Oyster Snuggle Bed. Defined as a bedside sleeper the newest product in the BabyStyle furniture range is designed with convenience in mind.
It has a 5-position independent height adjustment which makes it ideal for helping babies with reflux and blocked with congestion. It comes with built-in pockets on either end and has lockable wheels and handles to allow it to be moved around easily along with retractable legs allowing it to be positioned with ease next to the bed.
The netted sides allow for easy viewing of baby and with its comfy mattress and even comes with the option of purchasing extras if you wish like the insect net or travel bag (great for taking on holiday with you)
The BabyStyle Oyster Snuggle is currently retailing at £149.00 – and comes in 3 colours.
UPPAbaby Minu Lightweight Pushchair
UPPAbaby is a brand I have coveted from afar. Its Iconic Vista and Cruz pushchairs were both on my would like to have lists when pregnant with Jacob and yet still never made it over the threshold. Instead I make a beeline for them at every Baby Show I visit just for a ‘play’
I fear with Jacob now nearing the stage of smaller more compact chariots now needed since he would rather run round while I chase after him trailing the shopping behind me I feared UPPAbaby would be a brand he has ‘outgrown’
They have a lightweight offering now which looks lovely but not being a fan of umbrella fold pushchairs the G-Luxe had been our only option with them. However all that is set to change in the next few months with their new ‘Minu’ pushchair being released I believe in early spring.
The overall look of the UPPAbaby Minu carries the iconic style of the UPPAbaby brand which I personally love. It has the chrome frame, silver pop out sun visor and large oversized hood. The Minu is lightweight but packed with all the essentials that are not always found on products in the lightweight pushchair range such as all wheel suspension, carseat adaptable, one hand fold and a spacious shopping basket.
I can’t wait to take a look at this one in the flesh when it releases in early 2018 with an expected £400 price tag but this is still to be confirmed.
Rockit – Portable Baby Rocker
I have to say when this product was released a little while back it has taken the baby market by storm. After all if you have a child already you will know a sleeping baby is a wonderful sight but not so wonderful if you have a baby that only sleeps in the pushchair if it’s rocking … que aching arms and legs!
The Rockit portable baby rocker does exactly what it says on the box .. rocks baby without you having too! Simply attach the Rockit to any pushchair or pram, push the button and then adjust speed to rock your baby.
Honestly I can’t tell you just how much I wish this would have been around when I had tiny nippers that needed to nod off in the pushchair or pram.
Scientific tests showed that the vibration level of the Rockit closely mimics the normal hand rocking of a pushchair. It has been designed to be showerproof so can be used inside or out and it currently retails at £39.99
Have you noticed any new products from your favourite brands? If so do share and pop me some information in the comments I love to see what else is coming out in 2018.
