I am taking part in weekly challenges with AXA PPP healthcare to make little changes one at a time to become healthier and happier! and each week I will be sharing my thoughts with you.
This weeks challenge is about making the most of the dry weather and swapping inside for outside and with the weather we are having recently we were more than happy to oblige!
Throughout the week we have aimed to spend an hour in the fresh air each day and have had lots of fun.
With it not quite being paddling pool weather Joshua has still had a lovely time with some of his outside toys like his balance bike.
So as not to get bored this week I have been structuring some of our time so we eliminate the tantrums and really get to enjoy the fresh air so we also had some time planned in to plant some of this seasons seeds together, having never done this before I would really love to do some more with Joshua as he loved being helpful when we had a spring clean earlier in the year but also planting these seeds too, now we have to hope they actually grow!
At the end of last year I bought some chunky chalks but we never got round to using them so while the weather has stayed dry Joshua got to finally have a go on the paths …. although hubby couldn’t help himself, proving your never too old to play!
