If you have not read my #51LittleThings posts before I have been taking part in weekly challenges with AXA PPP healthcare to make small changes in my lifestyle one week at a time to become healthier and happier.
This week it’s about showing someone you care and I have to be honest I am not good at this at all.
I am a little OCD so sometime forget that the routine is not the be all and end all and it’s the little things that I need to do to show I care. I know this is my downfall and I know its something I personally have to work at so with this in mind I have decided to look at ways I can show my husband I care … in the hopes he doesn’t get fed up with me!
Let him have a lie in – My hubby bless him gets up and leaves for work at 5.20am every morning so I am going to try to sneak out and get Joshua when he wakes up before he wakes up Ollie so he can have a lie in on his day off.
Cook tea – Since working from home this activity has slide and now Ollie picks up the ideas and prep for tea most nights.
Make time – I like to think I am organised but my work life balance is completely out of kilter at the moment so I need to make more time for us as a family and us as a couple.
If you were going to show someone you cared … who would it be and what would you do?
