Earlier this year we were really lucky that we got to review some of Aldi’s special buy event items and I am really pleased … its back and starts in stores tomorrow!
For many parents owning a small human is costly and those that don’t sometimes feel the pinch are the ones to have had a National Lottery win, since we have yet achieve that particular goal it would be fair to say that we are always on the hunt for reasonably priced, good quality items and this is why we love Aldi on a whole but really love their baby range.
If you are a regular shopper there you will be fully aware of the award nominated baby hygiene products but for us one of our favourite baby items Aldi’s range that you can get all the time is the new organic Mamia baby food only 59p a pouch all the time.
Since the Aldi Baby Events are only on a few times a year I was really excited to learn that they are on again starting in store on the 22nd September and online currently which stocks last and contain MASSES of all the baby essential you will need from new-born to toddler!
We were sent a few of the range to take a look at and here are my thoughts:
Baby Change Bag £14.99 – comes in 2 beautiful colour options and are a great reasonably priced bag with a bottle holder, zip internal pouch and a changing mat. The Change bag is a really great size making it easy to fit in the essentials but it was the chevron print that I totally loved with eye-catching yellow pops of colour.
Next on the list was this striking Lily & Dan splash suit that has the cutest animal print motif on and will retail at the baby event for £9.99, it even comes in its own pouch.
We were also sent a Luxury dino velour blanket with this super cute stitch dinosaur on the front! It feels amazing and would really look fab tucking up a little person this winter and will be retailing at £4.99.
Last on the list of products we have been sent was a wonderful Nuby pram toy, again a dinosaur but this cute red fella loves nothing more than letting the very littlest of tots use their teeth on his lovely plastic feet!
Jacob has already fallen in love with him and I have no doubt for the price of £4.99 a lot more parents will be falling in love with him too.
I am not the only one so far that has liked the products and prices as Lisa Clegg, parenting expert and author of book The Blissful Baby Expert has said of the range: “I love Aldi’s new range of Specialbuys baby and toddler products – I was very impressed by the high quality of the Graco Endure Car Seat in particular. The products really are great value and are affordable to everyone at amazing every day, low prices. I’d encourage mums and dads to head to Aldi to shop to see what bargains they can find before they fly off the shelves.”
If that doesn’t convince you check out the prices:
