For us it seems that as the weeks go on our family life gets more and more hectic, which don’t get me wrong is fab, but it also makes it hard at times to keep track of being healthy too.
With unhealthy convenience foods all within easy reach, we have as a family taken the step of meal planning and even batch cooking some meals to ensure we are eating homemade when time is tight but I still needed all the help I can get and squeezing in the weekly shopping some weeks it can just tip me over the edge.
Recently we were sent some of Natures Finest’s delicious fruit pots and do you know why I know they were delicious before we tasted them? Because we buy these ourselves.
Our family is massively proactive at eating fruits and vegetables and some weeks mixing it up with potted fruit if you like takes the pressure of having to do a shop! … It also means we can eat them on the go when time is very tight and with no added sugars they are a great alternative to combine with a healthy lifestyle.
To celebrate the fact that Natures Finest are not only tasty and delicious but are great at saving time too they are on the hunt for families that use simple solutions or life hacks to ensure time is spent together, through the campaign ‘Britain’s Most Fruitful Family’.
Natures Finest are asking families to send in the life hacks that help them to spend more time together as a family, encouraging others to try the same and embrace a fruit-ful lifestyle over on the Natures Finest Facebook Page.
The campaign will run from 24th October through to 28th November and the winning family with the best life hack will receive £1,000 worth of Sainsbury’s vouchers – ideal just before Christmas when food shopping bills get bigger.
So what are you waiting for … Go and tell them what you do to save time so you have more time with your family …
