This week I am not going to lie, it has been hard.
Last week was amazing and so feeling like this only a few days later it has been even harder!
My motivation has been barely there and my desire this week has hit rock bottom.
Maybe its due to hormones and the time of the month but quite honestly I am craving EVERYTHING …
I have however kept my sweet cravings in a box until I hit a brick wall and also hit the chocolate on Thursday.
After 3 days of abstinence and I am not ashamed to say it … it was amazing, although with the intentions of finishing the lot, however much as I tried I just couldn’t and thats a first EVER!
I have struggled with meal ideas and all in all this week I have not been as good as I should have been.
My Fitness Pal has been my saviour this week and I have still been calorie counting, even if the calorific values of what I have been eating have been poor choices. For the most part I have tried to remain in the 1200 calorie goal, although my carb intake has taken a beating and the fruit and veg has been out.
All in all I had expected a gain or if I was lucky to remain the same, however:
Which I have to be honest is out-and-out amazing after the most unmotivated week by far.
Knowing how close I came to blowing it I have to up my game next week and meal planning has to be a must and I am also hitting the gym for the first time which I am rather exited, yet terrified in equal measures.
Next week I am also going to get walking with my Fitbit Charge HR, it’s on permanently and linked to my My Fitness Pal account but I have not been very active so I need to get motivated!
