Last week I made a drastic choice to out myself on social media and admit I was beyond fat I was clinically obese and I was tired of being in pain through the low levels of Vitamin D and B12 that I have had for some time.
I admitted to myself and my 700+ Facebook friends that I needed to make changes and it didn’t stop there as I even took to my blog to admit to you my dear readers too that I needed to make drastic changes in lots of aspects of my life and weight loss was my biggest.
This week I have sorted some gym clothing (yay to plus size sports clothing at Simply Be)
I have started again after a 4 year break with My Fitness Pal so I can monitor my calorie intake and I have plans this week to organise my gym membership fairly locally.
The biggest thing I have done to improve my health this week is to stop all diet fizzy pop.
I was utterly addicted to and with some days between 1-2 litres being consumed it was an excess that was taking it toll on my health.
The fizzy pop was bloating me and making me crave sweet things more than I had realised as by day 4 without my chronic sweet tooth has subsided.
To try and also be proactive on snacking I have taken to not eating after 6pm as this helped massively while I was loosing weight while pregnant. Although I have resorted to going to bed early to ensure I am not snacking when the snack cravings kick in!
A week in and I am feeling rather pleased with how motivated I am and also at the results, after all there is nothing better than boosting your motivation when you are seeing results.
This week I have lost ….
Heres hoping next week remains this great!
