Now It wont come as a big surprise to many of my readers I am in fact fat, I started my weight loss journey in January 2012 and initially lost 4.5 stones (63 lbs) ……. How amazing I hear your say, however stop right there!
Over the last 12 weeks I have struggled and here comes the confessions and concessions, I have kidded myself that I could do this weight loss thing. However this is obviously no longer the case, I have allowed myself the chocolate, crisps and crap and it has bit me on the arse or should I say landed on my arse!
I have in that 12 week duration put back on 12-13 lbs …….. I am not shocked only disgusted. Disgusted in myself, disgusted in my lack of self-control, disgusted that I still can’t get my head round what I should be eating.
I have continually struggled with my portion sizes and purely the inspiration needed to find healthy alternatives that I can cook for the whole family …. as we know I am not the best cook … at all!
So it was like Christmas to my ears when last week the kind folk at Diet Chef took pity on my plight and with portion sizes being my biggest food related issue I am feeling really positive that I maybe able to regain control of this battle.
So for the next 28 days this is my food (although I need to add dairy and fruit and vegetables)

P.s I have been good exercise front with hockey training…. but my bike is languishing just like my dieting MoJo previously … time to make some changes!
