So after last weeks start back on to the dieting journey I and subsistent weight loss of 3 lbs I was anxious that I would in fact struggle on week 2 .. In fact I wasn’t anxious I would down right petrified.
I felt this time round I was so positive it had to help at getting my weight loss started.
Last week that positive attitude I think really did help me, with 3 gym session and being thrown into the deep end with a class which to be fair was full of some of the fittest and most supple folk I have seen in quite some time … let me tell you these people could bend in ways that Stretch Armstrong would have struggled!
However I had really felt empowered and ready to tackle the world.
Food wise this week I have had a couple of nights eating off the Jane Plan but I have to say having been on this eating plan only a short time, however I have been so far very impressed. For the first time in a very long time I have been able to feel full and have even scrapped my plate instead of eating everything and feeling like I had too.
I have also devised some one pan wonders with vegetables and have been using a really wide range of frozen vegetables in order to get a balance through the week ..
The scales have also been my friend this week in more ways than one, as I have been weighing out all extra foods I am adding to the plan too .. which has been an epic eye opener!
This week I am really really pleased to say not only am I feeling positive and having fallen in love with the Jane Plan Mushroom Stroganoff but I have in fact lost 5 lbs!
Yep 5 lbs and not felt hungry .. this really is an amazing feeling!
My only concern is keeping it up for next week while I have had several evening out in London .. I hope It wont have undone the head work .. although I did avoid the cakes and nibbles .. most of the time!
Disclaimer: I have been sent a months supply of Jane Plan and I will be giving my honest opinion on my thoughts over the next month
