Are you looking for something new to do? It can be difficult to find things to do that you haven’t already done. After all, we’ve all been to the cinema, we’ve all been to the zoo, we’ve all been to the farm – and there’s only so many times you can do these things without them getting monotonous and boring. Sure, it is likely that the children will love to visit over and over again and always find something new to do and enjoy there – but for us as adults, it can be a little exhausting to do the same thing all the time.
Unique days out are hard to come by and I am always looking for something fresh and fun to do – whether it is with the kids or just for my husband and I. We don’t get much time to go on dates – kids and work see to that – but we are trying to find more time to spend together and some activities that are fresh and exciting to us – but won’t break the bank.
I’ve recently seen people talking about experience days and this is definitely something I could see myself and my husband doing and enjoying. There are such a wide variety of experience days you can choose from – some that the men will enjoy more, some the women will love and some that are perfect for couples.
I know that my husband would love a Ferrari driving experience and I am not going to lie – I am quite sure I would love it too! It is probably unlikely that I will ever own one for myself so I’ll have to settle for driving one instead. Just imagine the thrill as you get to drive such a car, lap by lap. There’s not just Ferraris either – there are so many other cars you can drive! Maybe even a rally driving experience. I’m pretty sure nothing would beat the thrill of driving a Ferrari around a track though – it’s just one of those cars that everyone wants to try, whether they drive or not!
I find it so hard to find unique days out such as this. Where I live we have the usual haunts for days out – the majority of which are favoured by the kids – and sometimes I just crave something a little bit different. Something that me and the husband can head off and do on our own when we finally get some time together. A track day would certainly be a good experience for both of us – if only to get out in the open and let loose!
I’m hoping that 2018 will be the year of us and that we will get out and about a bit more – I’m looking to make a list of things we can do as both a couple and a family that are more out of the ordinary than normal. Do you have any ideas of things we can do? I’ve already got some interesting ideas and can’t wait to try them out – are there any unique days out that you are a fan of?
