Well a couple of months ago we had no idea either, however a few weeks back my teenager (Beth aged 13) was used as my guinea pig and she set out on her young driver lesson.
The Goodyear Young Driver Academy is on a mission to tackle the underlying attitudes and behaviours of young drivers which it believes are at the root of the issues of young driver road safety and works with children aged 11 -17 years.
Goodyear believes that the current system of one theory test, one hazard perception test and one practical test is not enough and that we need to ensure young drivers have a thorough understanding of road safety via a graduated learning programme from an early age to allow them the freedom and enjoyment of safe driving once they are behind the wheel and even included an online parent pack which helps them learn online too.
Having seen these guys in action a few weeks ago when we reviewed the lessons I am more than blown away to be able to offer 5 lucky winners the chance to let their teenagers experience this for themselves in a one hour lesson at one of 32 locations across the UK.
So if you have a teen between the age of 11 – 17 years, what you waiting for … get entering!
Please note: Entrants must be from Great Britain and be able to attend one of the 32 locations – Full Terms and Conditions can be found on the Rafflecopter widget
