Since me epic weight loss while using Jane Plan in December, January started off on such a fantastic roll with great food choices and lots of exercise and the first 2 weeks left me 5 lbs down.
This week I have to say I am not surprised I am sticking fast on the weight loss front .. My activity level has been almost non existent and I am in dire need of food motivation.
I started so well eating healthy but it’s that time of the month that the cupboards are low and we are on make what we have that I really need to get a grip and discover some really health recipes with some of the basics we have in the cupboards and back of the freezer, but why I only make this pledge to look into this at this late stage of the month is beyond me! I have been recused by having in some Nākd bars that are similar to cereal bars, which I am pleased to say I was initially not convinced by …. After all nothing packed to the rafters with goodness can be that nice surely? .. well these are and with lots of flavours I have a few faves now! .. Bakewell Tart, and Pecan Pie are heavenly!
Next week I have decided that since I work from home and get very limited activity on a normal day, that going forward I am going to make a pledge to myself to get out and about every day to do something no matter how small and I am going to record them each week as a way of stopping avoidance! … Lets see if shaming myself may help keep me motivated!
I am also going to look at our finances to see if buying Jane plan and using 3-5 times a week will take off the stress and pressure off. After all I now only have 5 months to lose as much as I can ready for our family holiday to Tunisia! … and get as healthy as I can in the hopes of other Baby Oliver in the future.
