If you have been round here before you will know that I am a massive fan of Crocs, their once dated shoes have over the last 3-4 years grown to be super stylish and with their lightweight construction they have been a firm favourite with us and the kids.
I love that there is such a great range of styles available and this is no different for their boots range! … With rainboots in an array of colours and designs and their super snug snow boots we struggled to pick from our favourites this winter.
The folks at Crocs heard of our plight and sent us a couple of pairs for the boys and we really got to test them out on recent holidays to Thornwick Bay on the Yorkshire Coast.
Kids’ Handle It Rain Boots – Graphic
These have been our go to boots for the last 2 years, they are super lightweight and have a bouncy feel when you walk. The kids loved their new grey patterned boots this time and I loved the fact that they are easy to pop on and with no seams or seals they continue to keep taking the bettering that winter wellies seem to endure.
Joshua says he likes these boots as he can bend in them and they are warm without being fluffy so this season it was wonderful to see the new colour options for them.
For me I have no doubt these are going to be Jacobs everyday wear … I loves welly boots and these with the handles on only encourages his love further. These boots have a starting price of £19.99 upwards although these Graphic Boots are £24.99.
Kids’ Crocs Bump It Cars™ Lightning McQueen™ Boots
These were sent for Jacob and retail at £29.99 and are more stunning in real life than they are on the Crocs website.
The Cars design has a matt finish and the proportions of the boots only add to the ease of use for little ones like Jacob who don’t tend to make putting boots on easy!
They were the perfect size for allowing trouser legs into them without being too tight or even worse too baggy!
The Kids’ Crocs Bump It Cars boot currently retail at £29.99
Kids’ Crocband LodgePoint Boots
These were my favourite boots on the boys. We were sent a pair for Joshua to try out but in honesty I loved them so much I bought a paid in Jacobs size too as these were perfect multipurpose boots!
Again the Crocband LodgePoint are lightweight with the Croslite™ foam base but with the added padding in the leg means they are great for rain boots and snow boots too. These boots are gong to be our winter boots of choice I think.
They are easy to pop on the kids and fasten with an elastic cinch top fastener that even little fingers can manage and the sole has great grips to keep play going and avoid those slippy winter accidents!
There is also another option with side opening and velcro fastener in the LodgePoint range that make them easier to pop on little legs.
The Crocband LodgePoint boots the boys wore start from £39.99 and for us are great boots for all winter weathers so are a great investment.
Have you got your winter wellies sorted this year?
