Joshua discovered his first Batman toy with the review of the first imaginext bat cave a year ago and so getting a chance to try out the new one we were both rather excited about!
The DC Super Friends Transforming Batcave does far more than the previous one we reviewed and is far more hands on and it even transforms and opens up the multi-level platforms appear and is ready for action on the crime fighting front with its projectile launcher (watch out it will have your eye out, it sure does fly) it has lights and sounds and obviously has a bat jail and even a lift to ensure easy access from level to level!
There are parts of the Batcave that you need to turn on to access extras like the armour and garage and the bonus is the batteries are included so that’s certainly a bonus too!
I loved how interactive this toy was and to be fair all of us have had a good old play with it and even after 3 weeks Joshua is still very much heading off the Joker with this lovely crime fighting centre!
The only small thing that Joshua did mention …. “where is Robin?” there maybe Batman in there and the joker but my little guy would have loved to have seen Robin in there too … however he found the Robin from the previous Batcave to play … oh and several McDonald’s toys …. I guess when your 4 all you need is the platform and play is never-ending!
