This time of year I am particularly anxious as Joshua has grown again and a new coat and outer wear is essential and it often means I need to be aware that its going to have to last any snowy period too, so ensuring its outer wear that can fit round life is always a bonus!
So when the latest Mark Warner Challenge was revealed I got really exciting ‘Keeping Kids Cosy on the Ski Slopes’ and the fact they had teamed up with Polarn O. Pyret for me to virtually shop with to create an all time ski outfit I got my buying head in gear and came up with these:
So this is what I would love to buy if we had to buy ski essentials for my little guy! I love the turquoise camouflage set and I am totally in love with the Long Johns that in fairness would be ideal in just in cold weather never mind the slopes, along with the wellies what perfect winter essentials!!
However for me snow is never my friend and with rubbish circulation, not to mention my appalling coordination it got me thinking as to what else I might pack if I were to go skiing on holiday and since holidays for me is about chill out time I thought that I would look at some essentials for after a hard day on the slopes or building snowmen ….
Ok so maybe the white hot chocolate from Costa maybe not on my toddlers list but for mine it would be on there! We also haven’t seen Frozen so that would be a must, snuggled in comfy fat pants and the all in one for Joshua and the super cute dressing gown and slippers are so snuggly great for cuddling and also for warming up!
So there you have it my slope and snow essentials … followed by my cosy essentials for warming up after!
Now where are you snow …..
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow ……..
