Since my 4.5 stone loss and the start of my journey in January 2012 the fatty is back!
The week before I was away with so much on my plate I didn’t make any boot camps and now after returning it seems that the only classes I could attend this week are full now too!
My only saving grace has been my fitbug Air and my constant need to beat the previous days step count! so this has helped me keep an eye on what was going on but I still need to keep up the fitness with more than just walking.
Last week I did get my jiggly bits moving as I did play tennis 4 times and I did negotiate my way across the sea front in a double kayak with Ollie while on holiday. This however did not counteract my over eating from the delicious A la Carte menu every evening and my attendance in the ice cream queue on a daily basis.
I my confidence is at an all time low and I am trying to think of ideas to up my exercise however at this rate my arch enemy the bike will have to dusted off and dragged out of the shed in which it was languishing!
Food wise I have sat today and been looking at some new recipes which are healthy/low fat but which are also easy for this food burner! but I am still not feeling the cooking buzz.
All in all this last few days have been my lowest I have felt since I started this journey and the only thing for it is to shake my fat ass and get my act together and stop moping…. Should anyone see an oversized umpa lumpa hurtling past on a bike please feel free to laugh … it may motivate me to get better!
