Lets start off on a fantastic note, Friday 7th June (the day before I flew off on holiday) I had my measure-in for the competition that my boot camp instructor set a few weeks ago as the official measure in day was Monday which would of been my first boot camp back after holiday … hence measuring before!
I did in fact tweet some of you to tell you the amazing news that for those few weeks overall I lost 7.5 inches! but more excitingly than that in total in 8 weeks I actually lost 16 inches, 4 inches off each thigh alone!
So with renewed confidence I set off on my holiday, that renewed confidence I have to say only lasted as long as the flight. I did wear swimwear and even a bikini (on one day) although I am honest I felt dreadful next to all those really slim ladies next to the pool and it knocked my confidence badly!
I have posted a few of the pictures of me as on the next holiday I WILL NOT BE THIS BIG!
So over my holiday with my confidence in the toilet I have to say I have been dreadful and have eaten anything that has stood still although the only saving grace was the fact that lots of the food there was grilled and there was lots and lots of fish as an option …. however this did not stop me eating the all inclusive ice cream at least once a day!
I did walk a lot though on holiday and the odd swim although that was mainly enforced when I fell off my lilo!
This week I fear my weight loss mojo has not really returned but with Britmums Live on the horizon I am not stressing, I know I will get back into it but maybe not properly till next week!?

- 3 x Boot Camps
- Cut Carbs Out After 5pm
- Drank more water
- Breakfast everyday
- Eat smaller portions, more frequently
