Sunday 22nd March – With the teen grounded it was time to implement some community service in the garden while grounded. I think the new garden maintenance grounding will be a firm fave from now on .. well with me anyway!
Monday 23rd March – Time for an after nursery selfie with the little guy
Tuesday 24th March – After working so hard in the garden, even though the weather is still not much better I did some titivating on the playhouse.
Wednesday 25th March – My first ever birthday cake made for Beth’s birthday!
Thursday 26th March – How on earth did my little girl turn 14?!! .. an evening out at review of Millers Barn Beefeater.
Friday 27th March – A super early start for everyone .. Operation date and an appointment with the pre admission ward at 7.15 am for my gallbladder removal op … mmm I am pleased to say it’s now gone but I am not yet pain-free enough to say yippee!
Has been all about the recuperation and lots and lots of flowers!
Saturday 28th March – I returned home late on Friday night after surgery .. trust me they were not keeping me! .. and Saturday although in a fair amount of pain I was cheered up with 2 bunches of flowers and this was one of them.
Sunday 29th March – These were the flowers on the back garden … I am not a good patient and I started to feel caged in a little … although I was too wobbly to get outside
Monday 30th March – My Mum and Dad to the rescue .. They walked Joshua up to Nursery for me as I am not able to drive and even climbing the stairs hurt .. the weather was pants but my flowers on the front are doing equally as well as the back … a lovely catch up from my Sister in Law Vicky was a welcome distraction!
Tuesday 31st March – Once again my parents did the windy rainy nursery run for me, which allowed me to watch films and even take in a rainbow while in my PJ’s .. then a nanna nap .. perfect!
Wednesday 1st April – A visit from my lovely friend Stacey and my beautiful Goddaughter Freya .. Stacey even came bringing these lovely flowers and lunch! it was a lovely day and was a much-needed catch up.
Thursday 2nd April – Finally some garden time for Joshua and I managed to get a few jobs done like stripping car seat covers for hand washing!
Friday 3rd April – Of course this bank holiday has rain, but that was not enough to stop me from getting out and going for a walk today at Colwick Park, we live very close but had never visited before .. we will be going back!
