How on earth are we 5 months into the year? I seem to have only blinked and its May!
Saturday 2nd May – Blog On Mosi Blogging conference was a really fantastic day and one in which I will be repeating next year!
Sunday 3rd May – Catching up with the ironing and while I have been doing it I got to test the new name labels for September from StickerKid that were sent for review
Monday 4th May – An amazing delivery arrived .. even on a bank holiday!! more to come on that next week!
Tuesday 5th May – Joshua has been growing at an alarming rate and after a whole new wardrobe he got some snazzy new shoes this week from Bobux, I am also hosting a competition to give a pair away too!
Wednesday 6th May – Chaotic day means one tired boy, and an equally tired Mummy as I headed to bed before 10pm!
Thursday 7th May – It seems to be never ending recently with the rain .. I need it to stop raining as I have to scarify my grass and get it under control!
Friday 8th May – My first Lemon tray bake ever … although I made it more into a cake with adding lemon buttercream .. Officially Ollie (hubs) said it was amazing so I must be doing something right!
So how was your week?
I am SO jealous of your delivery! The lemon cake looks amazing too, can you send me some? 😉
Joshua has gown up so much lately, bless him. Really looking forward to BlogOn in Winchester later in the year, Manchester sounded fab #365
Your garden is looking amazing and I really can’t wait to see your fab new delivery, I know what it is but it’s way too exciting
I really really want a slice of that cake! Sounds like a great Blog on conference – I must try and make one at some point! Also very curious now about that huge delivery.
Sounds like you have had a great week! Joshua is getting so tall 🙂 That cake looks amazing x
He does look proud of his new shoes. Joshua is certainly growing up fast this year.
Joshua does look like a big boy these days! I have no idea what’s in your delivery, but I’m intrigued by it! I am definitely with you on wanting the rain to ease up!
that cake looks rather tasty!! Can you come and tidy up my garden because yours looks fab!! x
I don’t care how long the drive is – i am coming round for cake!
Joshua looks very grown up and super cute! Your garden looks so tidy and well-kept, ours is a total mess at the moment. The cake sounds yummy too!
Your garden is looking lovely, I certainly moan when it rains but the gardens have definitely needed it. I know what you mean about growth spurts, Joseph seems to be shooting up non stop at the moment, I dread the day he is taller than me lol. Hope you have a great week xx
Glad you enjoyed Blog On, hopefully see you there next year! The rain has been miserable this week hasn’t it. Fingers crossed the sun is here to stay now.
Your lemon tray bake does look rather scrumdiddlyumptious! I loved Blog on Cymru! 🙂
Glad you enjoyed the blog day out, we need some north of the border. The cake looks great, I made a lemon drizzle on friday as I had lemons to use up.
Growth spurts cost money, why cant they just stay little and cute forever?
Lovely photos! I’m interested to see what you had delivered! Very exciting!
I’m still sad to have missed Blog ON, it sounds like it was really good. And your cake looks A-MAZ-ING!
your garden is very neat and tidy Jaimie – mine is the opposite lol
your cake looks amazing and i bet it tasted yummy
you are organised getting those name labels sorted already!!! well done you (although i am sure they are tinged with a little sadness at him soon off to school) xx
That cake looks amazing!!
My oldest boy always seemed to grow in spurts. One day it all still fits a week later and he can’t get his through the neck or the trews are half way up his legs!
Another fine looking cake 🙂
