This week has been nothing short of chaotic, with a sprinkling of disappointment and a heap of fun and friendships!
Saturday 30th August – After deliberation we decided to head out for tea and were turned away from the door at our local and regular chinese restaurant so tried somewhere new that was really tasty. This fountain was at the original restaurant, in the winter it freezes over!
Sunday 31st August – I finally had some time to start the project playhouse on the outside after getting the inside finished a while back.
Monday 1st September – While making the most of some dry days it was time for day 2 and its still not finished … be we are getting there.
Tuesday 2nd September – After lots of running round, an appointment in Sheffield, but noticed this glorious sky.
Wednesday 3rd September – Drayton Manor- we headed off for an official preview of the new Thomas film, ‘Home of the Brave’ and it was fab! .. we got to catch up with some fantastic bloggers and have lots of fun.
Thursday 4th September – Some garden games with our new delivery!
Friday 5th September – I attended a fantastic event hosted via Friends of Glass who are a positive group that inform about the positives of using glass and choosing glass products in everyday life over plastics. The event also attended/hosted via Cherry Healey who I adore! Here is my pot pie I made with my own hands!! .. how gorgeous does it look!
