Its been a well documented fact on this blog that I have had a love hate relationship with my weight.
In 2012 I lost in excess of 4.5 stones .. in 2013 I got complacent and gave up smoking to boot … a year on and I am at my biggest and I am unhappy in my own skin.
So without any more procrastination, white lies about what I ate or how much exercise I am going to do, I have finally decided to vlog my journey so I can’t escape!
This week it’s all about fresh starts, confessing and taking the next steps in my positive weight loss journey, from new gyms to my new regime with Jane Plan.
Just cutting down on fizzy drinks last week saw me lose my first 3lbs in a long time. So the big question is how much will I lose next week or even … will I keep going to the gym? So far all the signs are good and the positivity is at its highest .. but more on that next week.
So wish me luck … although I meant to post this update a few days ago, so any more will now be updated on a Wednesday ….. Gosh now its all out there I must admit I am pretty scared! … eek
So here it the one where I talk about a fat me, about what I am going to do about it:
Disclaimer: I have been sent a months supply of Jane Plan and I will be giving my honest opinion on my thoughts over the next month.
Well done Jaime on being so honest, thats hard, and, not giving up on your weightloss journey, good luck and I will be looking in every week to see your PROGRESS…..
Lovely post, and huge good luck. Deciding that the time is right for change, and making the first steps I think is the hardest. I’m getting close to my biggest weight too and need to do something about it very soon – I’m bridesmaid for my sister next year and want to feel healthy and confident. But I’m not quite at the point of starting yet – need something to push me.
You come across as lovely, and I look forward to seeing how you do. Xx
I need to take a leaf out of your book! Probably after Christmas now though to be honest! Good luck lovely x
Well done on taking that first step and 3lb down is fab 🙂
Good luck with it, I know you can do it, you know you can do it, you’re awesome!
