This summer we have had some fantastic trips planned for the family but with a death in the family and too much sunshine we had put off visiting our local theme park in favour of a cooler and less chaotic day.
When Friday presented itself as one of the coolest days we have had in about 3 weeks we decided to head to Drayton Manorso we could finally show Jacob the delights of Thomas Land.
When we arrived Jacob was so excited, especially as we left the pushchair in the car and allowed him the freedom to walk all day.
Although it was cooler than the rest of the summer had been we knew that we would have to still keep drinking plenty of water throughout the day and so we packed the our Nestle Pure Life water buddiesto make sure that the kids had plenty to drink while having fun.
The emoji inspired water bottles hold a really nice amount of water for kids and the 4 designs which both my boys totally love. Although we are eager to reduce our plastic footprint these lovely bottles are 100% recyclable and a much safer option when we are out and about than our reusable glass bottles.
Bottles can be bought from B&M Stores, Poundland, NISA, ASDA Cafés, SPAR, WHSmith and Ocado. Or if you are visiting LEGOLAND with kids this week (13th -17th August) you can grab yourself a bottle at the exit between 3-7.30pm!
On the day, we had some really missed weather with some rain one minute and glorious sunshine the next but it was a really beautiful day. We visited the Zoo and got to see some beautiful tigers.
Jacob was finally big enough to visit the 4D cinema and we watched the characters of ice age in ‘No Times For Nuts’ which was hilarious and so nice we got to go in all together.
We visited Thomas Land and went on Flynn’s Fire & Rescue, James On The Red Balloon, Harold’s Helicopter Tours, Jeremy’s Jet Flying Academy, Winston’s Whistle-stop tours and visited Emily’s Play Adventure.
I am so glad we got to finally get some much-needed family time together in a lovely location making memories. Thanks, Nestle Pure Life Water Buddies for taking the stress out of keeping the kids hydrated.
