Weight Loss And Loosing Inches – For me this weight loss journey up till this point it has had me flying by the seat of my pants. With stop starts that were enough to make even the strongest fatty cry I suddenly had an epiphany….
This magical epiphany came while I stood in a queue 3rd in line, while retrieving my purse from the bottoms of the cavernous bag that would give Mary Poppins a run for her money I felt it …. it was perilous, it could of been tragically embarrassing ….. the jeans started to slip and 2 things occurred in that millisecond the first was the thought ‘please don’t let me have on the manky pants’ (you know the ones with the elastic shot but they are so comfy you just cant bare to get rid) …… OK that might just be me! and the second was ‘drop the bag and grab your jeans’ I have to report that thankfully I am a speed demon and in fact no manky pants were revealed, much to what I am sure would have been every member of public in that queue’s relief!
For me the weight loss journey this far has in fact had me fixating on the lbs I am shifting (or not shifting) as the case may have been. In reality I have not looked at the bigger picture and been looking at the inch loss along with the lbs. My saggy Jean epiphany this week has made me re-evaluate inches lost too!
Now this week my exercise has not been where I hoped it would of been and in fact after an emotional blow up via the tween we did cancel our tennis trip, which again did not help matters!
With last weeks weigh in being a staggering success and my new love of Diet Chef I was concerned that with the lower than normal activity and a day off from Diet Chef in which I consumed the most gigantic BBQ chicken melt and chips (which let me tell you I paid the price for in heartburn and the most uncomfortable stuffed feeling all day) I really did fear this week would obliterate my hard work.
So lets get to the nitty gritty!

That’s right 9.9lbs lost in 2 weeks and a loss of 10 1/2 inches over all! now this very obviously is the whole reason I nearly scared a queue of unsuspecting member of public with my underwear!
So my aim for next week is to get back on with eating Diet Chef food and no eating out! I am determined to get back on the bike and also to try and get in a round of tennis or 2!
So this week the inches have it and I am now off to get smaller trousers!
