During this journey there have been so many highs and lows. When I set about this weight loss challenge 7 weeks ago I had no idea of how the 8 weeks would turn out
Week 7 has been no different, I have had days where I feel good about myself and days where I have been down over not loosing weight more quickly.
I am fully aware of how long it takes to loose weight but I am not the most patient person. This probably hasn’t helped by this weeks non mover on the weight loss front.
I accepted last weeks non mover as the inch loss spoke for itself but this week I feel like I am in a slump. I need to give myself a motivational shake and get back to being more positive. I think positivity helps with weight loss as no one wants to invest in something they aren’t positive about, do they!
Also due to other commitments I have missed my tennis lesson and my activity level is lower … I know these are all contributing factor to this weeks slump so next week I need to make it count as it’s my last week officially working with XLS Medical’s Nutritional Shakes.
I still do love however the fact that these shakes slot into our family’s routine and so I don’t feel its been hard work to drink them.
Overall I have lost 1 stone 4.2 lbs and I am ready for next week and life on the XLS Nutrition Shakes.
