Plan drinking ahead of time
Taking drinks with them when they go out to play can massively impact on how much children will drink. As having them to hand makes them easy and accessible and kids love easy!
Mix it up
Are they bored with water? Fine add in no added sugar cordial but try to use straws instead as this can help protect the thin enamel on their teeth.
Straws & beakers
Funny straws and beakers can help even the smallest of humans into getting into a watery habit. Letting them choose their own can work really well for the really small children.
Ice lollies
What about making your very own, maybe with water, juice and even fruit?!
It’s not just about the drink
