In my personal life I have never been a ‘big’ drinker but over the last year or so I have developed a regular social life now the boys are getting bigger and normally while putting the world to rights I have been drinking gin.
I used to be a full on pint larger drinker as a twenty something and a pint of larger was my drink of choice and after the boys I changed onto sparkly wine but over the last year I have discovered that I have been hating gin for all the wrong reasons.
Tonic water is the devil that has been putting me off gin all these years and after changing the tonic to lemonade or elderflower flavoured tonics or even presses’ I have discovered my newest love.
Recently one of my loveliest blogging chums took gin loving to a new level and spent the best part of a year tasting, discovering and mixing what she hoped would be the tastiest gin on the block and as soon as it was released I had to have some to try out.
The lovely Tanya from Mummy Barrow launched her Blogger Gin on the prestigious Gin Parlours website and I have to say it’s perhaps a good job money is a little tight at this time of year as there really would be none left for her to sell and my cupboards would be overflowing.
The Blogger Gin comes in a 70l bottle which is clear and simple yet eye-catching too!
I am not going to even pretend I am a gin genius on the make up of the ingredients but I know it contains:

What I do know however is its super tasty for drinking during the day and the evening too and for me I loved making it into a Gin Fizz and drinking with elderflower tonic water, or with lemonade and lime on its own and I with a non bitter after taste I think Tanya’s hard work has certainly paid her dividends its wonderful!
Blogger or non blogger if you are looking for a new tasty gin to surprise your gin drinker with you can purchase Blogger Gin over on The Gin Parlours website HERE.
Well done Tanya!
Disclaimer: I purchased my own bottle but loved it so felt I wanted to share the love.
