Fisher-Price Bob The Builder Themes Toys: A Review

Over the summer we have had the privilege of road testing some of Fisher-Prices new Bob The Builder toys and I say with certainty they have been well received. 

First off the bat is the Fisher-Price Remote Controlled Scoop which retails at £49.99 and it had more up its sleeve than we realised. 

Initially I was concerned that Joshua (age 5) would be bored as its aimed from age 3 up but he loved it. 

It comes with a seriously easy to mange remote control with its large buttons which make for easy steering even for small hands and another bonus is the fact the batteries are al included.

Scoop has some cool sounds and phrases and a manual option to over the back bucket. However his most spectacular feature is the stunts he performs, balancing on his bucket and creating a super handstand! even Daddy was impressed! 

Next on the Fisher Price toy review front is the Bob The Builder Mash & Mould Playset for those sand loving littles aged over 3 years.

The playset includes 450 grams of mash and mould play sand that never dries out! 

The set comes with 5 different tools and 35 moulds that can help build and shape the sand and there is even a crane and wrecking ball! 

I was really worried about how much sand might hit my floor but this sand is fab it holds really well so its more like playdoh in constancy although with a sand feel to it. 

Joshua really got into playing with this set and he thought the fact you could build anything you liked was fab! Although he has to create anything on the scale of Bob the Builder Sand Sculpture that was created in celebration of the launch of the new Fisher-Price toy range at BeachEast at the Olympic Park!

The mash & mould construction site is also compatible with bob the builder mash & mould vehicles (sold separately and subject to availability).
