How We Kept Jacob Warm With The Britax Performance Cosytoes

How We Kept Jacob Warm With The Britax Performance Cosytoes The Oliver\\\'s Madhouse
I have to be honest and say that toddlers are hard work in the cold weather.

If yours is like mine then keeping hats and gloves on is a full time occupation. So during the cold snap we have had to find an alternative way of keeping Jacob warm on the school run.

A little while back we had the option of reviewing the Britax B-Agile 4 pushchair. Which we loved but with the weather in minus temperatures, we were thrilled to try out a cosytoes too.

The Britax performance cosytoes is extra thick so has coped well with the regular minus 3 school runs and with its soft microfleece inside, Jacob has loved being snuggly and warm. I have loved the fact that there is an easy open zip that runs down the front of the cosytoes. It also has a drawstring that runs round the top of the cosytoes that effectively cocoons baby and keeps out the draughts while keeping the head warm.

The footmuff is designed to be used from newborn to age 3 and even though Jacob is 2, there is masses of room inside so I know there will certainly be space for him during the next winter too.

It has been designed with water-repellent material so I have been able to use it in the drizzle without the raincover on the pushchair as Jacob hates raincovers almost as much as being told no, so it has made wet mornings a whole lot easier than normal.

The Britax Performance Cosytoes is easy to fit with its adjustable velcro on the back so you can slide it on easily. It also has 2 toggles at the top that are designed to be slotted into the loops on the B-AGILE pushchair range too.

As this is cosytoes is flexible to fit, then it can also be fitted on any pushchair with a 5 point harness so you are not restricted to just using with a Britax pushchair.

We have been thrilled with the Britax Performance Cosytoes and I am no longer stressed about how I am going to keep Jacob warm next winter when out and about as it certainly has my parenting back and keeps him well and truly snug as a bug.
