Well, this month has been a whirlwind from start to finish.
The new loving side to Jacob is nothing if not still in full force. He loves to give you some really big hugs. However not till he has slapped you first?!
Yep, he has developed an annoying habit of smacking and its driving us all nuts.
He thinks that by following up with a cuddle will fix it… I am beyond frustrated.
Sleep this month has been much much better thank goodness and he seems to be back on a roll with sleeping through although I am still feeling anxious about it so still not sleeping well myself, waiting for him to wake.
This month Jacobs cheeky side has shown its face and he is liking nothing more than making you laugh. In fact he will try ANYTHING to actually make you crack a smile. However laughter is his aim and if you do laugh then you need to be prepared to laugh for a while!
Food has been an issue again this last few weeks and he is eating although not much and when he has had enough he is lobbing his plate across the room.
The kitchen floor and I have become very acquainted, more so than ever before!
This month Jacob has also started his swimming journey in earnest with support of Konfidence and the lovely folks at EMSA Babies and he is loving every second. I have no doubt this little guy even if he is cheeky and throws his food around is going to be a water baby!
I think it would be fair to say that baby Jacob is well and truly gone and toddler Jacob is in full force … he even has the tantrums to prove it!
