New Products On My Block – Baby Products

New Products On My Block - Baby Products The Oliver\\\'s MadhouseI am super lucky in the fact my little corner of the internet very often gets to discover new and innovative products way before many folks see or hear about them.

Sometimes the sheer amount of press releases and requests can be a little overwhelming so weeding them out is often time-consuming but certainly worth it.

I have decided that each month I am going to share with you new products or new products that are coming out or products that I have recently discovered in a round up post.

These products might be things I have reviewed, heard about or that I have bought and discovered myself as I think sometimes sharing the love can be helpful and since baby products are high on my list of purchases these days with having a baby recently It’s a good place to start so this first month is going to be all about baby products.

New Products On My Block - Baby Products The Oliver\\\'s MadhousePacif-i – Thermometer pacifier for smartphones

First on my list of things to share is something I reviewed recently, I had initially expected it to be pants but had been overwhelmed at just how fantastic it was in a crisis, or should I say just how fantastic it was when my baby was really poorly.

The Pacif-i is a really new product which is a thermometer dummy with bluetooth technology inside to take babys temperature all while baby sucks! genius as it keeps baby calm in the process.

I did carry out a full review on this a few weeks ago so if you have a little tot it might be worth taking a look!

Myyfeed Multifeeding System

This product is one that I bought a few weeks ago while struggling to find a way to not have to carry multiple flasks of hot and called boiled water to make up fresh feeds.

After unexpectedly stopping breastfeeding due to Reflux we were really struggling while out and about for feeds as his special milk has to be made fresh each time he wants feeding so it was becoming a logistical nightmare.

After spending hours and I mean hours scouring the internet for options and coming up with nothing I hit upon Myyfeed’s website and hit jackpot!

This wonderful product claims to keep water hot (at ultimate feed temp) for around 2 hours, although we found it held 70c or hotter for much longer and so made night feeds super-duper easy in comparison to making from scratch and trooping down stairs at silly o’clock!

The flask holds the hot water and the dispenser on the top holds the pre measured out scoops of formula and when you want to make the bottle up you press the button on the top that allows the formula to drop into the water below and after a shake you unscrew its lid and tip it into a pre sterilised bottle.

New Products On My Block - Baby Products The Oliver\\\'s MadhouseCYBEX PRIAM By Jeremy Scott

My regular readers will be fully aware of my total obsession with pushchairs and car seats and they are regularly reviewed and featured here on The Oliver’s Madhouse so recently when I was invited to a new launch I was super excited, however with limited time with baby Jacob in tow and a section not that long ago I have not yet headed into London and certainly not on my own so was unable to attend this iconic launch.

CYBEX has teamed up with renowned fashion designer Jeremy Scott to launch another exclusive collection of products that are certainly eye-catching and bound to be in high demand!

The new CYBEX capsule collection by Jeremy Scott has been based on a stylish black colour way with a striking gold frame which I don’t remember any other product producing anything similar so it’s certainly a wow factor, add into the mix Jeremy’s signature angel wings and this range is certainly going to stand out.

Certainly not one to do things by halves there are products in the range from birth to 4 years with the pushchair (Lux seat) at its core there is the Aton Q baby seat and an interchangeable carrycot making this a 3-in-1 travel system along with a baby carrier, changing bag, footmuff and even beanies!

I am slightly gutted to have missed seeing this collection launched in London as I am sure it will be getting lots of interest, so here you are dear reader, this collection is exclusively available in Harrods and will be out on the 1st May.

Morrck Blanket
New Products On My Block - Baby Products The Oliver\\\'s Madhouse
I guess to most a blanket is a blanket, till they have a wiggly critter that you have to safely stow into a car seat and then it’s a whole different ballgame.

Morrck was a brand I discovered when I had Joshua and I instantly fell in love.

The Morrck blanket was first on my baby items to buy wish lists as it certainly helps make a difficult time of leaving the house with a baby a little bit more bearable. Taking coats on and off are a nightmare so it makes things easier to keep baby at the right temperature too!

The design of the Morrck blanket means that you can thread the car seat or pushchair straps through the blanket its self. This makes it a super safe way of keeping baby warm in their car seat without compromising on safety as the car seat harness straps are not padded out with coats or snow suits so the straps stay safe.

I love the fact that this product comes in masses and I mean masses of different colour ways and we bought the denim blue for Jacob and I am totally thrilled with it.

It has washed well and everyone that sees him in it comments on the concept and idea and how comfy and warm he looks!

Please feel free to tell me what you have discovered or bought that you have fallen in love with recently.
