Recently I had the opportunity to discover a new brand on my radar.
The TUM TUM brand was designed and created by parents equally as stressed out by weaning children as I am.
If you are weaning children at this stage too then you will know the pain of the weaning kitchen cleaning.
Well, these parents did something about it and created a weaning range with easy scoop corners. Ideal child sized cutlery and off that back of those essentials the range has grown to incorporate lots of child friendly feeding items.
With School just around the corner I was sent a set to take a closer look at in their ‘Scruff’ the dog range of lunch products.
The range we were sent Scruffs insulated lunch bag, water bottle and nesting snack pots.
The insulated lunch bag is the first one that I have seen with actual rucksack straps on it. Which I think is genius! In nursery and the first few years of Primary school my kids didn’t really need to take anything in other than the lunch and a book bag so keeping it on their backs is great.
The size of the bag for me was a winner. Its larger than most of the lunch bags I have previous seen and I love it! Normally I struggle to fit in little pots as I love chopping up fruits and veggies and putting them in pots so they don’t leak or get crushed but had previously struggled to fit a water bottle in with my tubs.
Talking of tubs, the nesting snacking pots made for a super addition to the lunch bag as they are not only super cute with scruffs face and all brightly coloured. They are however easy to open for little fingers but yet sturdy enough to not leak fruit juice out the lid and are dishwasher and microwave safe too.
The final item we got to take a look at was the TUM TUM Water Bottle. It comes with a flip top lid which has been easy for little hands to open and close, its dishwasher safe, durable construction and is BPA & Phthalate free and once again matches the other lovely products in the Scruffs range.
