What Are Muddy Puddle Cakes?

So what are muddy puddle cakes?

Well the simple answer is ….. Peppa Pig Cakes!!  with Chocolate icing!

With me out of action a short while ago Daddy decided to do some baking and spying the box of Peppa Pig cake mix he decided this was obviously meant for him to assist with.

What Are Muddy Puddle Cakes? The Oliver\\\'s MadhouseSo after some fantastic mixing, adding, adding too much and then adding some more my little man decided these were perfect cakes and finished them off with chocolate icing (all cakes need muddy puddles) and some Peppa Pig and George toppers.

The look on his face was priceless he really was so very proud of himself and Daddy was proud too at being able to spend some time cooking with his boy.

I was just very proud of them both for such fantastic creations but also the lack of mess in the kitchen.

Top marks boys!

That’s so sweet Jaime . I used to love baking with the kids. Funny thing my hub never did cook with them but they both are great cooks. Hub has even just won a major cooking show lol

Great that Daddy did the baking too and no mess, brilliant. I have yet to persuade my husband to do baking with the girls, he doesn’t like the idea of keeping his eyes on both of them and utensils!!

If I’m not around for the day then I’m amazed if Daddy does anything that doesn’t involve TV – I’m impressed by the cake making in your absence! x
