*Advertorial Feature with Wahu Toys*
Recently we were asked if we would like to try out some outside toys from toy brand Wahu and we jumped at it.
If you have read my post on life lately you will know that we as a family are undergoing role changes in the house and the workforce and we have kind of lost our way as a family. We are all attached to a lot more devices and screens to make life easier but we have been starting to make changes.
When the box of toys from Wahu toys arrived we decided to plan some proper family afternoons away from the house and nothing that involved a screen or a charger!
Wahu toys is a well-loved Australian brand that can now be found here in the UK. They have a wide range of outside toys designed to keep the kids outside and most of all .. keep them having fun!
We took the Phlat ball and wingblade pro to the park and although we only expected to spend a short while playing we were there a few hours!
The Phalt ball you squish together till it clicks effectively making it flat and then as you through it returns to a ball shape. It could be a little tricky to stay flat but the boys thought it was hilarious!
Our family favourite for the afternoon and something we can’t wait to share with our family on our annual family holiday is the Wingblade Pro. Although it looks like a standard frisbee-type toy it was immense. It flew like we had never seen before! Both kids thought it was easy to use and even Jacob who is 6 could manage to throw it at other people.
We had been waiting for the sun to really make an appearance with the next set of toys as both were water toys for the garden
With the school holidays and lots more outside fun on the horizon we are thrilled to have more great games in the kit bag to keep the kids screen-free for longer!
The Bash and splat was a massive hit with both kids and if I am honest I loved the fact they liked being outdoors and they watered my grass!
