My Love Of Baby Boys Dungarees

My Love Of Baby Boys Dungarees The Oliver\\\'s MadhouseI thought my obsession with dungarees passed as Joshua grew, I thought it was only a one time thing.

However I am once again obsessed with baby boy dungarees and I just haven’t been able to get enough of them.

Ollie hates them, he says they are awkward and hard to get Jacob in them, however that has fallen on deaf ears as his collection of dungarees has grown.

Jacob is currently in 18-24 month clothing and verging on bulging at the poppers so he is going to be in 2 years + clothing sooner rather than later.

So in order to keep my obsession in check I am sharing with you my top picks this season for your little guy.

Top Picks For Baby Boy Dungarees

Now what I have been disappointed about is how hard its been to find unisex clothing, especially dungarees this season so if you spot some please do share.

I am a massive fan of the dungarees sets with lots of stretch, especially as Jacob currently spends his time crawling and then walking with furniture. I hate outfits with hoods as I think they can so easily become hazards for little people. I also love it if the set is plain enough that I can change the top underneath when Jacob dribbles too much without causing it to look odd.

At the moment I am loving the muted tones of the olive greens and the browns and tans and even greys that seem to be everywhere. My favourites are denim but I prefer denim sets if they have some give in them or are made from a lighter weight denim.

Next on my shopping list is the summers romper suits! … You know the ones, like onesies but without feet … nothing nicer than loose and baggy all in ones to keep the stress out of summer … but until then I’m sticking with dungarees sets.

Do you have any baby clothing favourites?

I have to say dungarees were my favoured clothes for the boys until they were toilet trained. I absolutely loved dungarees on them and they were so easy when they had poppers around the seam. Unfortunately toilet training taught me there is no time between ‘need to go’ and ‘have to go’ with my two and dungarees just weren’t compatible!
Jacob should wear them as long as you have the chance!
