My Weight Loss Journey Week 18 of 2013

My Weight Loss Journey Week 18 of 2013 The Oliver\\\'s MadhouseThis week I was really anxious about staying on track with the Bank Holiday trip to Whitby on the horizon and my love of Fish and Chips while there.

I am pleased to report however that instead of fitting in 3-4 portions in the 3 days while there I had 1! Also while having an extended family meal while there I turned down pudding and left some bread from my burger … ok so maybe eating a burger was not that clever! I also only partook in one ice cream for the weekend and no sweeties or chocolate.

We did a fair amount of walking while there and I have managed to squeeze in 2 boot camps this week (I missed the 3rd since I was away)

I have also started an activity challenge for the month of May via Mark Warner and I have set myself physical activities this month that we can carry out as a family this weeks is HERE. I got my fat ass on a bike for the first time in years and loved it! although one pesky hill did challenge my reserve! (picture above!)

Although the weekend did scupper things a tad I am motivated to get back on it this week!

You’re doing fantastic, that hill looks hard work. Well done for only having one lot of fish and chips too. Good luck for next week.

You are doing great Jaime. Well done with resisting the fish and chips (but for one time). I think you did fantastically well with your bike riding. Good luck with this week’s goals 🙂

Well done you! That hill looks like hard work. So hard to resist eating the things you love, but sounds like you did it perfectly – not total deprivation just moderation. Go you!! xx

Keep going – you’re doing so well. Three bootcamps a week would kill me.
Very inspiring to try to stick to your targets over bank holiday weekend too.\
    Keep it up.
